So I totally failed to stay under my calorie count yesterday. I succumbed to lots of chicken and other reasonably healthy food, but the
basic idea is just that I was actually really hungry. I think this has more to do with having been sick and suddenly getting appetite back. *sigh* Well, this week I am finally healthy enough to start exercising - so that and really focusing better on calorie counting is my plan.
238.5 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 103.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
