lost only a pound in the last 2 weeks but given the birthdays and parties I suppose i should be happy with that. Now back on track this week.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Definitely be happy. A pound every 2 weeks is still 26 pounds a year.
