I've been sick with the flu and put on weight!! I have eaten healthy with under 1600 calories...I guess we'll have to see if it'll come off in a week.
171.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Some people lose when sick and others gain. Not sure why. Maybe body retaining water. Give your body time to get back to normal and stick with it.

Right now the most important thing is to get over the flu, it is a bad one this year. When healthy I am sure you will get back on track.
