This was a rough week. No workouts because Gabriel was sick, Jonavan had the rash and didn't want to go anywhere. This usually messes up my focus on eating well....and I was STARVING! Next week I'm expecting my period so hopefully these two lbs. will go away then. Staying strong and focused for the week to come!
143.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
