Yesterday was a pretty good day. I managed to go to the gym for two hours and spend one hour on the treadmill doing interval walking and another hour on the arc trainer doing interval. I also did 10 sets of 10 of the lunge, step up, weight up and over head, weight down, high step, step down and repeat other leg. I am trying to make myself do the step exercises while I am watching television.
My fitbit recorded 18,348 steps, 14 floors, 8 miles and 3,086 calories burned. The calories calculated by FS were 2,491. I think the difference is that I don't usually record being lightly active on FS but the fitbit picks up all my activity. I feel like I am at a plateau and I have been doing different things to change up my routine. "Calorie Confusion" "exercise confusion" taking a break, this is all leading me to be confused about my plan. I need to get back to the basics. I need to renew my goal- no more than 55 net carbs per day. I have not been doing very well at that lately.
