Since this is in effect my first week...the weight is dropping a bit better than what I normally would expect. I am not complaining at all!

The best part of being back on a totally low carb WoE is how much better I am feeling. No more "fog"...and lots more energy. I am once again realizing that the "white stuff" is deadly for me...my body does not like sugar, wheat flour, etc.

Want to continue investigating a more paleo WoE...so need to do a bit more investigation. Never too old to learn, eh?

Gwen, I am so glad you are back and actually are feeling better sticking stickly to low carb. I must get back to that myself. You are inspiring me to keep track more and eating more protein. Hugs XXXX
