This time is different. I have a whole new attitude about losing weight, this is not about a number this is about getting healthy. This is the year I do it. Have not had a cigarette for 34 days and no caffeine for 4 days. Major goal is to run a 5K next June with my sons and my neice.

Honestly I think that is the best attitude. Healthy should be the goal not pencil thin.
