so disgusted that I have gained weight but I have found that recently I have been doing an audit at a facility and haven't been moving around at all and haven't been eating small meals. actually have been missing lunch and eating late (7pm) for dinner. gained so much back. Just bought a pedometer to focus on moving more.
280.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 130.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't worry. Just keep setting new goals as you are and you will make it happen! Forget the past as best as you can and press on ahead. Use the past to change the present not to beat yourself. I can say all this because I have been there a thousand times I think :)!
