I need to reafirm my goals and motivation. I want a healthy BMI, and to be under 200 lbs. Obese people have higher cancer risk, and those with a bad diet and family history of colon cancer should change their diets immediately.
MUST shoot for healthy foods and stay under 1200 (per doc). MUST exercise 45 minutes/day for five times a week. MUST count every splurge and account for those cheats. a cookie to a 5'5 woman is a lot different than a cookie to a 6'2 man. no cheating, you are only sabbotaging.
Eat the complexe carbohydrates - no white stuff. no tortilla chips, potato chips, refined sugar, and fatty oils.
