started my "diet" yesterday.
breakfast was coffee, black of course.
lunch was a banana.
dinner was 2 boiled eggs, with salt and pepper.

today was similar..
coffee frappe from maccas.
3 vitawheat cracker thingys.
2 boiled eggs, salt and pepper.

i weighed in at 68.something kgs around lunchtime today.

Remember that a diet has to be sustainable for life. When you starve yourself to lose, it becomes very difficult to keep off because you can't eat that way indefinitely. Otherwise, you start losing hair, your bones aren't getting the calcium they need which can lead to osteoporosis in the future, etc. Whatever you do now, can affect your health as you age. Anything below 1200 calories a day for woman and you won't be getting the fuel for your body that it needs. You are also losing a lot of muscle along with fat and water. So when you get to goal, you might be thin, but you may be very jiggly with a lot of unhealthy fat still on your body. If you eat 1000 a day and get in exercise, you will lose fat, keep your muscle and look amazing and healthy by the summer. Focus on lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. Plus, it will be much easier to keep off. Good luck!

I know everyone is different but skipping meals is usually not a healthy way to loose weight. At some point your body is going to think you are starving and start storing fat and using up all the nutrients in your body to function. Eating healthy foods in small portions is usually best.
