Monday,

First Monday in FEBRUARY 2013, can hardly believe it, but true it is. I am in the I et too much last weekend club & re-start today club. Sometimes I catch myself thinking will I ever learn? I stuck to all low carb stuff, so no worries there, just ate too much. You all have heard this story from me sooooo many times, it is embarrassing. That's what I was thinking this morning as I laid in bed, prepping myself to get on up & get on the scale. So, I didn't get on the scale, just couldn't & decided I should go back to the Wednesday weigh-in-program. Gives me another morning to try & wrap my head around what am I doing to myself.

Think portion control. I think I have the what to eat for low carb, just need to keep working on the how much to eat.


Today I am thankful I didn't cheat on the low carb WOE, makes it so much easier for me to get back at sticking to the plan.

You are doing great...sometimes it just tastes so darned good, and we are having such a great time with family and friends that it gets away from us. Today is another day and you DID stick to your WOE! In my book that is a win!! Have a great evening, Dar!

I could say "Welcome to the Club" but it wouldn't have the meaning I'd want to extend. The fact that you are sticking to low carb is great (unlike me who had pizza last night). And the exercise you get certainly must help you burn off some of the excess. Only you can determine whether or not you want to lose more weight. But whatever you decide, we are here for you.

Puppy pic - thanks for sharing, what did you end up calling her? And eating too much low carb isn't as bad as eating too much carbage so give yourself some credit. I hope the Wednesday weigh in is better than you think. I vote for Izzy for the puppy (because my name is Isabel and I often get called Izzy, and she is so beautiful, just like me - smile ha ha)

Stef, I was having a bad time yesterday morning, just a bit overwhelmed is all. But you have a good point, I did stick to my WOE.

Buffy, thanks so much, I know you know how frustrating we can be to ourselves. I really just am in a panic, I don't want to gain, would much rather get back to where I was & stay there!

bcbloyd, wow, thanks for reminding me to Be Thankful I have made so much progress compared to where I was. Back there is where I don't want to go, no matter which WOE I am into!
