Damn Superbowl. Ate a lot of fried crap. 2nd consecutive Sunday binge. Full of sodium and bloat to start the week again. Please, someone, send me good with, thought or pep talk!
134.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 04 February 2013:
1250 kcal Fat: 45.72g | Prot: 60.29g | Carb: 165.42g.   Breakfast: hummus, french vanilla creamer, salmon filet, celery. Lunch: air popped popcorn, blueberries, chopped walnuts, yoplait 100. Dinner: salmon in pouch, olive oil, pasta primevera. Snacks/Other: wholly, carrots, weight watcher raspberry bar, south beach bar. more...

I can pep talk you! If you chose the behavior you chose the consequences, period. Your not going to get anywhere by not being good to yourself and your body. Do you know what all crap your putting in? Will it help you to live a longer life to spend time with the baby that created the belly?
