Oh, man all I did was have two chocolate chip cookies. But sure enough, the nutritional data says they were 700 calories. That's a LOT on an1800 cal/day diet. Up a half. Wait - two slices of bread 220 calories? That's a lot of empty calories! Popcorn not so bad, it has protein and fiber that most breads lack. The 180 calories of Canola oil wasn't a great addition, but sure makes the powdered onion and garlic stick to it better!

Tonight is a potluck with neighbors; I usually do pooorly. But I'll be doing a house project for the first two hours anyway so I'll show up late and won't be there for the majority of the gluttony...hopefully that'll help me control myself!
177.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
