It seems that switching to the Ketogenic Diet is working for me after after stalling and gaining on Atkins. It's the same principle, but upping fat percentage to at least 70 percent or more, reducing protein to 20 percent or under and keeping carbs really low (under 20 g) per day. It's really not hard, and I have started losing again. Aiming to get fat up to 80 percent is a bit challenging, while keeping protein lower.

There is a forum on Fatsecret too. Also, Drs.. Stephen Phinney and Jeffrey Volek have written books on it and Dr. Peter Attia has a blog. On his web page he lists other blogs and sites on nutritional Ketosis. It seems to be working for now! But I ate too much protein today so had to add more fat to get my macros right.
