Everything is going well except I think I'm eating too much (healthy) food. I'm still not eating the 7 deadly foods and I'm feeling really good and excercising at the club at least 3x a week or more but I'm not continuing to lose. I am now back to logging what I eat and I think that's the key to continuing to lose. I really can't eat more than 1200 cals a day or I just don't lose weight!
