Here we go again.

Day 1, yet again. I did get good results in weigth loss w/ Atkins but my main concern is losing fat and not weight. I don't really want to drop a pant size. I've been this same pant size since HS. So I'll eat healthier, count my calories, and increase my muscle building fitness activities.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

You should try crossfit, if you want to gain muscle. I do it because I get tired of so much cardio, and the actual workout at its max is 25 min.
