A commitment to my health! I have not had a physical in 2 years... I think I will schedule one. No concerns, but I know that as we get older our health needs change. I will also start taking my supplements again too.

I am glad to see progress this week. I ate delicious Ethiopian food and had Injera, loaded with carbs (Teff, Sorghum, and Wheat flour)... All is still good though.

238.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I actually need to do the same thing. I need to see if my medical records were sent to the doctor here in WA from GA. Then if they were I need to bite the bullet and make the appointment.
