If I don't start seeing a loss soon I'm going to scream. I'm doing cardio dance and keeping my calories down so what's the problem? Getting so irritated

j/c, how old are you? i hard core workout with ex razorback cheerleaders. i mean the work out is intense hard core. i do this 3-5 times a week for 1-2 hours at a wack. ive been doing this for a year now and have lost NOTHING!! my diet's not perfect but compared to what it was its amazing. youd think i wouldve lost SOMETHING. granted im seriously toned now and because of that people think im losing weight but alas, nothing. everyone says its my age. im 41. i too am agrivated and discusted. im not giving up by any means, but oh so agrivated

i think losing inches is just as important as the number. its all a step in the right direction!! have you measured? i think the scale distracts people from their accomplishments. dont give up!!!

I have not measured. But I have dieted before and lost great. I went off the diet and gained back. I am 49. When I lost 45 lbs I was 47 so it wasn't like I was alot younger. I'm trying hard not to give up but it sure is frustrating.
