My promise... I will lose 50 and be under 200 by my birthday in 170 days. So need to lose at least 10 pounds a month. That's 2.0 lbs a week...Wowsers! I better get serious about this! Times a wasten! One word will give me the edge here...EXERCISE!!!!
249.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
