Making Green Bean and Turkey Casserole for tonight's dinner 2 cups of leftover turkey chopped 1 can of green beans drained 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/3 cup of heavy cream 1/3 cup mayo salt and pepper to taste
Mix the shredded cheese, mayo and heavy cream together then mix in the turkey and green beans in a bowl. Empty bowl into a 2 or 2 1/2 qt greased casserole dish. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Makes 2 to 3 servings, in our house it's 2.
I had this a couple of weeks ago and loved it.
Per serving according to my diet calendar, 58.45 g fat, 8.06 carbs, 2.6 fiber, 5.46 net carbs, 20.84 protein and 636 calories.
