Monday 01/28/13
Breakfast: A bowl of Special K and fiber cereal
Lunch: bottle of water
Dinner: Turkey burger with american cheese, onions, mayo,
ketchup, and mustard. Homemade baked french fries.

Tuesday 01/29/13
Breakfast: A Bowl Cream of wheat with bran cereal mixed.
Lunch: Polish with out bread from home.
Dinner: Bake Chicken leg & tight, mac & cheese, and green
beans.
Wednesday 01/30/13
Breakfast: A bowl of Special K & Bran Cereal.
