Off eating plan overall this past week. PMS got the better of me. I pinpointed it early on in the week for a change but, even though I worked to eat a balanced diet, I was ravenous no matter what I did. Damned hormones.
Anyway, no access to a scale again so I'm keeping my weight the same. I wonder if my brother would let me sneak into his gym and weigh myself.... I'll have to ask. I don't want him to get into trouble. Anyway, my sis-in-law is due for birth tomorrow so maybe I can sneak in using her membership card? If I go when the manager/supervisor isn't there? We'll see. I know that's wrong.
