Sod it, I am recording this weight. Hopefully will be the incentive to not binge and put it back on. At least that will be 1 achievement for this crappy day that I got to my goal weight! Just might nic weigh in again on thur (after 2 days of eating) but w/end instead to give me more time to lose.
104.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

FS gave me an error message telling me off for losing too much weight! Oh well, ive given myself over to bingeing today, will then be sensible tomorrow, fact in thur etc as normal. Sorry just cant take it today, I need to eat, im so unhappy.
