Was sick all weekend. Literally lost 5 pounds from what I assume is norovirus. Not pleasant. Will wait for regular weigh in day now that my appetite has returned!

Today I really cheated on the wod - I did not do 150s for each round. My calves hurt so much (skiing yesterday maybe), I didn't want to hold everybody up on the strength portion. I needn't have worried. Next time I'll make sure I do all I'm supposed to. I'm not part of the challenge so at least I don't have that on my conscience, but I still should've done it. Its only cheating myself.

At any rate, it was 5 rounds of 10 hang power cleans and (for me) 100s. Took 13:42, but see above. I need to get my own jump rope to make soon.

Shoulder press 5x10, got to 40lbs. Not bad, considering my max is in the 60s. Still felt heavy at the end though!
