I'm back.. again. I got so close to my goal then gave up. Now I'm starting over and hopefully learned from my mistakes. I'm low carbing it at the moment but that usually doesn't last long for me. Then I switch over to low cal. If I loved meat low carb wouldn't be so hard. I could live without meat and be just fine. But I know that is how my body loses the best so I am going to try and stick out a bit just to get the ball rolling. I've always hated chicken, I found that I always bought white meat, and that was the problem. I don't HATE dark meat, thighs. So maybe I can deal with this a bit longer this time. I baked some tonight and they were pretty darn good. I just have to get my emotional self together or I'm wasting my time.
