Worked until 9pm last night, so no swimming.
Weight back up but had a glass of wine with friends last night very late. So tired. Not doing weight workout today. Going home early and to bed. Biking 40 miles tomorrow morning. Run 3 miles on Sunday. Will see how I feel.
