Okay, I just don't get it. I'm drinking more water than I ever have before, I'm eating healthy, excersising and I am STILL gaining weight. This is like nothing I have ever seen. I just don't get it. Suggestions are welcome!

Healthy doesn't necessary mean less calories. In order to lose 1 pound you need to have a deficit of 3500 kcal. The deficit is calculated: (exercise calories - food calories) = deficit calories

Are you tracking your food? Every bite, lick and taste adds up. Studies show people who track lose more weight and are much more successful than those who don't. A food scale is a great tool. You would be shocked at what proper portions of food actually are. I also measure out my servings with cups, spoons, etc. Are you getting enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies? Sometimes it's about WHAT you are eating and not just HOW MUCH. Are you eating the correct amount of calories to help you lose? You may need to play around with them to figure it out. Are you eating too many processed foods? They contain tons of sodium. You may need to be strict with your diet since you don't have a lot to lose. This is not easy.
