eating well is easy. I keep forgetting to take my iron with meals, so that makes me nauseasted like crazy. I'm feeling great on the vegetarian diet so far, but my menstrual cycle has been a killer this month so my energy is pretty low. Bleh. I have good food intentions today, though!
