Uh oh...overdid it last night. Ate two bowls of homemade shrimp lo mein. It was very light but too big of a portion. And those damn Girl Scout cookies were beckoning me from the pantry...I had 4. So I confess I ate too little during the day and too much at night and need to stay focused. I also did not get up to work out. Ugh, too many strikes against me. But, holding on at 133.8 and have packed healthy foods today. Need to get in a little walk tonight and I need to get our of bed tomorrow -- early! Wish me luck!
