1695 kcal Fat: 110.59g | Prot: 115.34g | Carb: 55.83g.   Breakfast: kraft real mayo, Bob's Red Mill organic golden flaxseed meal, large egg, splenda, bragg apple cider vinegar, Black Label Fully Cooked Bacon, baking powder, cinnamon, butter, sugar free jello,  munster cheese, kraft olive oil mayonaise. Lunch: maranatha almond butter, sugar free jello, atkins chocolate caramel moose bar, string cheese, chicken of the sea solid white tuna, pork rinds, kraft ranch dressing. Dinner: maranatha almond butter, carbmaster dairy blend, chicken breast, string cheese. Snacks/Other: fresh express iceburg salad, broccoli. more...
