1695 kcal Fat: 110.59g | Prot: 115.34g | Carb: 55.83g.   Breakfast: kraft real mayo, sugar free jello, butter, cinnamon, baking powder, Black Label Fully Cooked Bacon, bragg apple cider vinegar, splenda, large egg, Bob's Red Mill organic golden flaxseed meal, kraft olive oil mayonaise,  munster cheese. Lunch: string cheese, chicken of the sea solid white tuna, atkins chocolate caramel moose bar, maranatha almond butter, pork rinds, kraft ranch dressing, sugar free jello. Dinner: carbmaster dairy blend, maranatha almond butter, chicken breast, string cheese. Snacks/Other: fresh express iceburg salad, broccoli. more...
