1695 kcal Fat: 110.59g | Prot: 115.34g | Carb: 55.83g.   Breakfast: sugar free jello, butter, cinnamon, baking powder, Black Label Fully Cooked Bacon, bragg apple cider vinegar, splenda, large egg, Bob's Red Mill organic golden flaxseed meal, kraft olive oil mayonaise,  munster cheese, kraft real mayo. Lunch: sugar free jello, kraft ranch dressing, chicken of the sea solid white tuna, maranatha almond butter, atkins chocolate caramel moose bar, pork rinds, string cheese. Dinner: maranatha almond butter, chicken breast, string cheese, carbmaster dairy blend. Snacks/Other: broccoli, fresh express iceburg salad. more...
