Sleep and lack of energy have been sticking points for my weight loss - I have had very interrupted sleep these past couple of weeks and it's really hard to keep the energy and motivation up for dieting/working out. I got some pills called sleep aid today and I'm going to try them out tonight, a whole night's sleep would be amazing! (:

Thank you, and the pills worked! lovely sleep and I was really bright in the morning - something me friend wasn't ready to handle! lol x (normally I'm not a morning person)
