Managed to burn out 550 Calories today morning. Last night was a mess had to eat the apples that i packed for lunch, i forgot to take them to work..An extra 100 Calorie Dinner...Never Mind :)

Its pretty cold here in Bangalore, feel like slipping and extra hour :) The alarms at 6.30 kicks me echoing loser hit the Gym :(
