I felt so excited to be at 163lbs I over indulged in pasta and pancakes, chips and sodium rich salsa. When I weighed in on Monday I had gained back the 3lbs I felt I effortless lost. So I am making it my goal this week to eat strictly healthy to get those 3lbs gone again. I feel stupid for doing that. I had a good thing going and I blew it. In a way I feel I self sabotage my diet when it gets too easy to make it more of a challenge to push myself... *sigh.

Diet Calendar Entries for 22 January 2013:

If your body's like mine, which it sounds like it, it's just water weight from those tasty carbs you enjoyed! It'll come right back off after you get back on point and sweat it off :)

Ya, my weight can easily fluctuate that much daily. I've noticed that I'm way more susceptible to the negative impact of carbs after going on a higher protein/fat eating plan!

My weight fluctuates 3lbs daily also - So I only go by my morning weight knowing it's 3lbs under the evening weight. It looks like I am an unintentional carb cycler... only I am not doing it right because it looks like high carb days are only one day - not full weekends. Im pretty sure the alcohol I drink isn't helping either.

To keep alcohol within my eating style, I go for hard liquor and mix with diet soda if I want to milk it hahah. I avoid heavier stuff like beer, but will do red wine in moderation. My whiskey and wings diet rules.

LOL whiskey and wings diet sounds appetizing. I love nude wings. "Research has found impressive antioxidant activity in Bourbon whiskey, Armagnac brandy and cognac. Club soda might be a better mixer than diet soda as far as carbs and calories and sugars go... *healthy tip.
