Bad couple of days. Was doing ok and then had a day off on Sunday. Will have to stop that as it just set me off again on eating sweet and sugary things. Today will be better. Off to zumba in 10 minutes and then a healthy salad for lunch. Thing is it's so hard when it's so cold and snowy out. I just want all the warm and comforting food that I can get.
