It's a fresh start. If you start over, you go back to the beginning likely repeating the same tactics. If you start fresh, you have a new perspective and more knowledge that will make the journey different.

Me, too....totally overdid it ALL FALL AND WINTER. Too much celebrating, I guess. But like you, I am ready to go again. Hang in there! We'll get there.
