I have really slipped since I've been married. I'm the only one to blame for that of course. I'm going to keep track of what I eat this week. I'm going to focus on planning this week. This morning I'm going to start off with fruit and yogurt. What I would like to do as well is create a list of favorite meals and put them on a cue card or even print a pic and put it on the fridge.
346.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
