back to running after two days off due to icy roads. 50 minutes yesterday evening and a short run of 35 minutes this morning with hills and sprint intervals. i'm feeling pretty good lately! i have no access to a scale so i'll just have to keep working and hope that the weight is coming off. i'm definitely more toned than before which is awesome! last year my measurements were: hips 37 in, waist 32 in, chest 38 in. my current measurements: hips 35.5 in, waist 29.5 in, chest 36 in. that's something at least! i guess i'll have to judge my progress by measuring myself until i can weigh myself again.
