can't help but record every 1/10th of a pound lost! Keeps me honest in telling myself the nos. can remain the same, go down BUT NOT UP!! Hope to be at 137.0 by next week...4 pound loss and another 12 to go!
138.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
