I'm not discouraged because I only lost .4 lbs. It is still a loss. It feels great to eat right and exercise. I don't get tired during the day & I am not sore.
157.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
