7500 steps before I went out for dinner with the Flying Solo group. Everyone took substantial appetizers and it turned out to be an absolute bonanza for LCHF eating. Turning down the finger sandwiches, spinach pastries, chips and lovely, lovely cookies was easy with two kinds of shrimp salad, chicken salad, my lovely marinated mozzarella, cubed cheddar and gouda, and two kinds of olives. I am anxious to see the results on the scale in the morning.
