I'm excited about this personal trainer. I started on Wednesday and I go back tomorrow! He has faith that with dieting and exercise I can reach a goal weight of 130 lbs. So, I changed my goal weight on here. I am hoping that this is a reasonable goal as I am still struggling with my diet. Today I did have a cheeseburger from McDonald's but I did not get a soda or fries to go with it (as badly as I wanted to). I feel as though I need to let myself cheat a little otherwise I would give up and just eat like total shit. Tonight, I am not going to poker so I wont be consuming pizza and alcohol so that's good.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
