I am going to need all of my will power today and tomorrow.
Tonight I am cooking everything for our company party that is tomorrow.
We are going to have a taco bar and baked potato bar.
I am going to make 50 baked potatoes,
(I am buying the tortillas instead of making them Shame on me right)
15lbs of Ground Beef
15lbs of Chicken breast
10lbs of Queso
then of course all of the goodies Refried beans, sour cream, salsa, shredded cheese, avocado, guacamole, onion, green onion, bacon bits, tomatoes, lettuce, broccoli, olives, corn, etc.

We are also having a Hot Coco bar and an apple cider bar
So hot coco, and I am dipping spoons in melted chocolate and putting goodies on top (crushed peppermint, crushed butter finger, etc) We will have whipped cream caramel syrup, chocolate syrup and cinnamon,

Then My WEAKNESS
We are also having a Gourmet smores bar. Of course regular Graham crackers but we will also have chocolate Graham crackers, regular hersheys bar, Hershey Symphony bar, Hershey Cookies and cream bar, and Andes Mints.

My goal Since I know telling me NOT to eat a s'more would just be silly because I know myself well enough to know that I will not be able to fully say No.... So my goal is to Work out tonight after I cook (shoudl get done around 10 or 11 so I should be able to get in 45 mins on the eliptical) Tomorrow morning I have to take down all of the Christmas decorations outside my house so that will be a decent workout but then I am going to make myself do 30 mins of cardio BEFORE the party, and 30 minutes of cardio after the party.
A WONDERFUL AMAZING GENEROUS AND AWESOME friend is going to help me cook and prep everything tonight and I think I am going to try to add some squats, lunges, jumping jacks, something in while we are cooking. Maybe every time we get done cutting something we have to do 5 squats or 10 jumping jacks or something.. Maybe that could be a fun way to add additional calorie burning activities into the mix.

Mmmmm Smores! Good luck!! We always had smores with reese's peanut butter cups. Like smores weren't fattening enough with plain chocolate. You're a smarter/stronger woman than I am.

UGH, I never thought of S'mores with Peanut butter cups. OH HEAVENS that sounds amazing... I am NOT going to bring peanut butter cups or I will end up gaining 1000 lbs in 1 night LOL

I have no idea what smore are but guessing they are yummy....look at your week rather than just that day, enjoy a little without guilt, if I don't I end up saying 'what the heck' and having a minor binge...good luck, its good that you have a fab friend to help :)

Di Happy. To make a smore you roast a marshmallow (usually over a campfire but we are using mini flame since we are inside. Then you put it on a graham cracker with a layer of chocolate. The toasted marshmallow melts the chocolate. It is so yummy. I think part of what makes it so yummy though is the fun of making them and the mess of eating it

omg, you are cooking a HUGE meal! holy cow, I'm exhausted for you :-) I love your idea to do exercises between cooking shifts... sit ups, squats, jumping jax, go for it, have fun!
