Now, we are getting somewhere! This is quite shocking since a difficult issue at work led to me consuming two heaping scoops of ice cream and eight mini chocolate chip cookies for dessert. I am impressed that I realized what triggered the sugar binge and proud that I still got on the treadmill for an hour to walk off some of my damage.
134.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
