Gym master's Journal, 17 January 2013

I was being able to run more yesterday,I tried to get my heart rate up to 90% to see how much i can last with it that high, and I did 12 min on a stable heart rate of 184 to 190 I got tired,I cooled down and started over again it was fun to get my self tired enough not to go to work today. hehe
200.6 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
