I'm still working on avoiding temptation... most of the time I'm successful, 'specially if I don't let temptation in the same room with me - ha! I've experienced some periods of doubt and fatigue, but I think that's pretty normal. I'd love to see a loss to boost my morale.
141.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
