Okay Linda. Look at each spike in your weightloss history and see that each time it spiked, it was because you picked up the bottles of Pepsi and started drinking them. Is it really worth it! Put them down and get to the gym! Not even one sip! Stop going back!! Go, Go, Go!!!

And by the way, stop cheating by not writing in your food journal the days you drink them just so you wont have to put that amount of pepsi in there!!
