Yesterday was really hard. I got some very bad news. I wanted to just eat the worry away but I was careful and just had a weight watcher chocolate bar and walked away.
218.5 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 58.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
