I was diagnosed with anemia yesterday. That sucks. Indefinitely, I must take Iron pills and vitamin D3 pills (2,000 iu) every day. Lucky for me, that's not a lot, really, and I think I can manage. I felt great yesterday, dinner was amazing, and I am so happy so far with the results. I think the weight drop was just due to fiber, nothing really in terms of my actual weight.
