Back on the wagon....Not making any excuses.
I plan to look forward and make the changes I need to make to feel better. Looking better should be a result of that not the reason for it.
TOM is now at 61 days late so I'm definitely well into the menopausal phase of my life. This is a good reason to work even harder at eating healthy, drinking very little alcohol, and getting more exercise. I need to get my hormones under control better and this WOE has proven itself in the past as being the best way of doing just that. No soy, flax, or fake low carb foods though as they tend to mess up my hormonal balance even more. No Dreamfields, Julian Bakery, Atkins products or Smart Carb. Those have all proven to be nothing but trouble and falsified claims.
I'm restarting Induction and will stay there for a couple of weeks before moving onto OWL.
I'm adding a tablespoon of gelatin each day to a cup of hot tea or my morning coffee. I'd like to see if this helps with joint pain and if there is truth about other benefits that I've read about.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Let us know if the gelatin helps, please? Good job, being brave enough to re-start Induction. I actually like it a lot. I just have this... THING... for buttered steak with mushrooms, green beans with butter, spinach with butter... Just pile on the butter, basically.
