JUST A QUICK FLY BY...
I am still so sick. Even so, I did well with my foods yesterday. No exercise, as I was lucky to be able to move at all, I ache so badly. Hubby made me homemade lamb stew. That always seems to help when I am under the weather. The aches and pains, the fever, the cough are all still here today. On the positive side, the weight continues to drop. I recorded today's weight...maybe it will make me feel a bit better to see the drop on my graph.
Well, that's about all I feel up to writing. I just don't want to get out of the habit of journaling again.

When you are sick but can still stay away from those "comfort food" I'd say you are doing super! Now, just get yourself better - ASAP!

Hey girl! I am so glad to see you are still sticking with FS. I am too. But I am very sorry you've got the flu! At least that's what it sounds like, you poor thing. It is rampant here in Alabama too, so anytime I go out in public, I'm slathering on hand sanitizer like a maniac. It scares me. On the up side, getting sick usually leads to a fast weight drop. But it's the hard way, that's for sure. I hope you feel better soon, Stef!

Theresa, I took a hiatus, but I am back. It sure wasn't a productive leave let me tell ya! I am so tired of this bug...thank goodness I have my hubby to take care of me. He is soooo good. I hear you on the hand sanitizer. I do the same, but it would appear that the airborne particles got to me anyway. Take care!

Carol, I sure do love it when they start to drop. And yes, thank GOD for Dan. Not sure what I would do without him. I am drinking and taking those vitamins, including plenty of D, which recent studies are showing help us fight off the influenza virus. Let's hope they are right. Love you, my awesome friend!
